Field medical foundation (FMF)

FMF is a non-profit and non-governmental organization aiming to provide health, nutrition, food security and protection services as a humanitarian response to the escalating socio economic situation in Yemen since 2012.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Monitoring and Evaluation officer will have the following duties and responsibilities:

•Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures to evaluate the work.
•Monitor all project activities and progress towards achieving the project output
•Conduct frequent supervision field visits.
•Develop monitoring indicator for the project success.
•Monitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of results.
•Monitor the sustainability of the project’s results.
•Provide feedback to the Project Manager on project strategies and activities.
•Suggest strategies to the Project Management for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the project.
•Report monthly on all project activities to Project Manager.
•Conduct pre and post evaluation assessment to measure the effectiveness and impact of the project.
•Provide inputs, information and statistics for quarterly, final and other reports.
•Assist the Project Manager in preparing other relevant reports.
•Assist Project Manager in the preparation of reports on the findings and lessons learned from project.
•Assist Project Manager in preparing monthly and quarterly reports on project progress.
•Prepare and maintain data base
•Perform other duties as required

Required Skills and Experience

Education:
University Degree preferably in medical field.

Experience:
•At least 2 years of experience in the design and implementation of M&E Tools .
•Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis and production of reports;
•Proven skills, especially in the development of MIS software using database software.
•Expertise in analyzing data using statistical software;

Language Requirements:

Fluency in written and spoken English
