Information Management Assistant

Duty station:  1 lahj. 1 Taiz.

Deadline: 18 July 2018

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

Ensure data collection from community-based committees.
Assist the IMO in organizing and managing the data input and analysis.
Assist the IMO in producing a monthly report
Ensure the regular, timely and accurate entry of beneficiary registration into the database, as well as follow-up to update the relevant information of the protection activities.
Document all registered beneficiary and compile all forms according to the procedures, and information management needs.
Produce monthly, disaggregated statistics and qualitative updates of progress on the program activities work.
Comply with all relevant FMF policies and procedures with respect to protection, equal opportunities and other relevant policies
Develop any required data for the program activities and program staff as relevant.
Any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and essential experience:

Bachelor degree in information management or relevant field
At least 2 years work experience in a humanitarian context, with an NGO or UN organization
Strong skills in Micro office application (Word, Excel …etc.)
Experience in data processing and analysis, creation of reports.
Able to write and communicate in English
Strong representational and communication skills
Adaptability and flexibility.
Ability and willingness to be mobile.
