Food Security District Coordinator (Food security project)
Location: Taiz ,Hadramout & Lahj

Main Responsibilities:
- Coordination with local authorities represented by MOPIC , governor, district’ manager , during project phases
- Formation the community committees in the targeted areas
- Conduct orientation for the community committees about project, aim of project.
- Explain and clarify registration form for the community committees
- Check up the data in registration form.
- Prepare plan for distribution cards
- Prepare distribution plan by collaboration with food security officer
- Coordination for field visit during the distribution
- Supervision distribution process and field team
- Contact with food security officer for any problems in the field
- Solve the problems in the field during the distribution .
- Submit daily distribution report to food security officer .
- Ensure the beneficiaries receive their food stuff .
- Any other assignments as directed by the line manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree a discipline relevant to food security.
- +2years of relevant work experience.
- Work experience in food security projects is preferable.
- Previous experience working for an NGO.
- Familiar with information management systems and databases.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and respond appropriately to questions from senior managers in the field.
- Ability and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
- Good English skill written and spoken.
- Ability to prepare budget, write proposal and write reports in English is required
