FMF is implementing general food Assistance project targeting Conflict Affected Populations in Aden ,Lahj and Taiz governorates through providing food assistances in duration of 10 months.

Main duties and responsibilities:-

• Planning, implementing and monitoring of the activities of the project according to the procedures of food security project in the respective district.
• Ensure that food security activities are appropriately implemented in the field.
• Frequent field visits to the targeted districts.
•  Identify issues that need timely action and support at different levels.
• Documentation and share lessons learned for future food security project improvement.
• Collect food security reports from the food security  field staff and Submit weekly and monthly reports on time.
• Lead the field activities of food security project on a daily basis and provide daily updates of the field work.
• Lead the team of field staff and conduct regular meetings with them and provide them with the support needed on the ground level.
• Any other duties as required

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in administration or a related field with experience in Food Security and Livelihoods
• At least 2 years of field experience
• Strong communication and team building skills
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English.

• Ability to prioritize, organize according to need and changes in the project
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to work during weekends and official holidays if required
