Job Title: Junior Logistic assistant

- ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:
- Participate in collect quotations for all purchases in accordance with FMF policy/standards and make sure to analyze them as appropriately as required.
- Assist in planning, designing and distribution of the food voucher.
- Conduct market assessment
- Undertake field visits to food security project sites to provide logistical assistance.
- Deal with traders directly to manage all process of voucher making and beneficiaries accessing process.
- Conduct price-monitoring assessment.
- Manage the Food vouchers Distribution Points
- Submit monthly/weekly reports to the project manager
- Any other tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 2 years’ work experience in the field of logistics
- Very good computer skills
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
Competencies:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to work during weekends and official holidays when required
