Background about FMF

FMF is a non-profit and non-governmental organization aiming to provide health, nutrition, food security and protection services as a humanitarian response to the escalating socio-economic situation in Yemen since 2012.

Job Description:

FMF is implementing Health, Nutrition and Protection project in Taiz governorate in Dhubab district to deliver quality life-saving services for Dhubab district host and IDP communities. Mobile clinic midwife who is following.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing clinical care to women and adolescents for reproductive health problems.
• Providing advice, care and support for women and their babies during antenatal and postnatal periods.
• Developing, assessing and evaluating individual program of care.
• Identify high-risk cases and refer them to secondary care facilities if needed.
• Arranging and providing health education on reproductive health issues.
• Providing counselling and advice to all patients related to reproductive health.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Diploma degree medicine, nursing, medical assistant is required.
• 2 years of relevant work experience in RH and IYCF.
• Very good communication skills.
• Extremely flexible, and have the ability to cope with stressful situation.
• Preferable from the same district or governorate.
