Distribution of preventive nutrition for the month of June 2019 in Ghayl Bawazir district in Hadramout governorate, in the presence of the director of the health office in the district, Dr. Hosni bin Fadl, and the supervision of preventive nutrition officer Abdul Rahman Badeeb and members of the team in Hadramout on the coast. During the visit, the progress of the preventive nutrition distribution targeting children under the age of two and pregnant and lactating women who do not suffer from malnutrition was reviewed through the distribution points and community health volunteers.

During the visit, the pre-survey and distribution work was supervised and the difficulties and challenges facing the work during the distribution of preventive feeding were discussed, as the team visited the distribution points in each of (Old Rayyan Point, Al-Apartments, Gul Al-Haq Point, Saber Point, Talib Barzeq Point, and the Bedouin Point. And the fortresses, Al-Wehda point, Al-Ayoun point, Kotba point and Abdullah Gharib point) in the Ghayl Bawazir district of Hadramout governorate.

It should be noted that the field medical institution is implementing a supplementary feeding project among children with moderate acute malnutrition and under the age of five years, as well as pregnant and lactating women, in addition to implementing preventive intervention among children under the age of two and # pregnant and lactating women to prevent malnutrition, and The supplementary feeding project targets 6 governorates (# Lahj, # Al-Dhalea, # Shabwa, # Abyan, # Aden and # Hadramout) with 22 districts, 90 health facilities and 428 distribution points.
