Our Approach: FMF repairs and solarizes water systems, delivers safe water to communities, and runs hygiene promotion campaigns to prevent disease.
Impact: In 2024, FMF provided clean water to 4,000 people. Since 2018, we have restored water access for over 450,000 people.

Rehabilitating and constructing water supply systems, boreholes, and storage tanks to ensure communities can reliably access clean and safe water.

Running community awareness campaigns and distributing hygiene kits, focusing on critical messages about handwashing and personal hygiene.
Sustainable Waste Management
Organizing waste collection and cleanup campaigns, controlling mosquito breeding sites, and promoting safe waste disposal to prevent outbreaks.
Climate-Resilient Solutions
Use solar-powered water pumps, collect rainwater, and implement desalination projects to tackle water scarcity and climate change.
Supporting health facilities & schools
Upgrading WASH infrastructure in hospitals, clinics, and schools, including handwashing stations and safe medical waste disposal, to improve patient care.
