Camp Coordination and Camp Management (CCCM) Sectors
Protracted conflict has forced millions of Yemenis from their homes into displacement sites where urgent needs and challenges prevail.
FMF’s CCCM Objective: is to ensure equitable access to assistance, protection, and services for internally displaced persons (IDPs) living in displacement sites, to improve their quality of life and dignity during displacement while seeking and advocating for durable solutions.
Our Approach: FMF ensures efficient camp management, fosters participation between displaced communities and local authorities, and coordinates access to essential support.
Impact: FMF’s CCCM interventions reach thousands of IDPs across Yemen, improving safety, dignity, and community cohesion in temporary and long-term displacement sites.
What we do for Site Management (CCCM) in Yemen
Our work in the Site Management (CCCM) field

Site Management & Coordination
Overseeing camp operations, ensuring fair allocation of resources, responsive complaint mechanisms, and facilitating coordination among service providers to improve camp conditions.

Cash Assistance
Delivering direct financial support to help displaced families meet their most urgent needs—such as food, health, and shelter—while maintaining dignity and choice.

Durable Solutions and Advocacy
FMF promotes durable solutions for IDPs, including safe return, local integration, or resettlement, while advocating for their rights and dignity through collaboration with authorities and humanitarian groups.

Capacity Building
FMF provides training for site management teams, local leaders, and residents, focusing on camp management skills, protection awareness, and risk reduction approaches.

Monitoring and Evaluation
Ongoing assessments and participatory evaluation mechanisms ensure quality and accountability. FMF systematically collects feedback and uses it to improve site services, address unfulfilled needs, and design evidence-based interventions
