Who We Are?
Field Medical Foundation (FMF) is a Yemeni non-governmental, non-profit organization established in 2012. With over 13 years of experience, FMF has reached more than 14.6 million people across Yemen through life-saving and development programs in health, nutrition, food security, education, WASH, and protection.
FMF works directly with communities, promoting dignity, inclusion, and sustainability, in partnership with UN agencies, government entities, and humanitarian organizations.
Certified with ISO 9001:2015, FMF plays an active role in key humanitarian platforms such as OCHA–CBPF, AHCT, and national clusters, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality, impact, and accountability.

Strategic Objectives
Within 5 years, the Foundation aims to contribute to achieving the following strategic objectives:
Reduced morbidity and mortality of crisis-affected women, girls, boys, and men through lifesaving multisectoral humanitarian assistance and developmental support.
Improved living standards and resilience of crisis-affected vulnerable women, girls, boys, and men through timely, adequate and safe access with dignity to multi-sectoral response and sustainable solutions.
Support peacebuilding activities that contribute to living together, and prevent, mitigate protection risks, and reduce negative impacts of man-made, climate change, and other natural disasters on women, girls, boys, and men through life-saving multi-sectoral preparedness and response, and building resilience.
Ensure institutional sustainability through capacity building and partnerships that can maintain the sustainability of institutional operations under all circumstances.
