MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in the design/ implementation of MEAL activities in the targeted districts according to directions provided by the MEAL department.
  • Establish effective response mechanisms for the donor feedback system and ensure good communication with all the assigned staff based on the received feedback.
  • Conduct field monitoring visits to the targeted locations to distribute food baskets/cash assistance and project activities for the targeted beneficiaries.
  • Support the field team by providing training to conduct various field surveys/assessments and verifications according to need, using FMF MEAL data collection tools and systems.
  • Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Follow up on corrective actions and MoVs.
  • Any other tasks as requested.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, statistics, information technology, or related field.
  • Work experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably with H&N and FSL projects.
  • Experience working with NGOs and INGOs is preferred.
  • Experience in reporting and conducting training and awareness.
  • Proficiency with database management, ODK, and MS Office.
  • Articulate, professional, and able to communicate clearly and positively with stakeholders and staff.
