ABOUT FMF:
The Field Medical Foundation (FMF) has been operating in Yemen for since 2012 during even the most dangerous peak of the conflict in the region. Our staff of dedicated professionals and passionate volunteers are the helping hand that delivers aid from local and/or international partners to those who require it the most, in a country that was already suffering before the war. Today we have helped humanitarian aid reach the hands of more than 9 million vulnerable people in Yemen to help them not only to survive but also to rebuild their lives. We aim to provide a comprehensive approach to providing aid through interventions, which is why we work in almost all sectors of international emergency relief.

POSITION SUMMARY
The HR Assistant provides support to the Human Resources department and assists in various HR functions. The role involves contributing to developing the performance by preparing performance reports and identifying areas of shortcomings in all the departments by submitting development proposals, developing the administrative system, and enhancing institutional building.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
QUALITY MANAGEMENT
- Follow up with departments to prepare and implement operational plans; In addition to following up on the periodic reports of all departments, identifying obstacles and performance deviations, and cooperating with departments in overcoming and eliminating them.
متابعة الإدارات لإعداد وتنفيذ الخطط التشغيلية؛ إضافة إلى متابعة التقارير الدورية لكافة الإدارات وتحديد المعوقات وانحرافات الأداء والتعاون مع الإدارات في تذليلها والتغلب عليها.
- Follow up on the quality team and ensure that they carry out their tasks within the framework of the system, including internal reviews, submitting reports, and implementing corrective and preventive measures in a proper manner.
القيام بمتابعة فريق الجودة والتأكد من قيامهم بمهامهم في إطار النظام من المراجعات الداخلية ورفع التقارير وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية بالشكل السليم.
- Carrying out internal monitoring and auditing of all departments to ensure their implementation of these procedures.
القيام بإدارة المراقبة والتدقيق الداخلي على كافة الإدارات للتأكد من تطبيقها لهذه الإجراءات.
- Work to improve and develop the quality procedures and models currently implemented at FMF.
العمل على تحسين وتطوير إجراءات الجودة والنماذج المعمول بها حالياً في المؤسسة.
- Supervising and following up on the internal audit process of the quality management system and implementing recommendations.
الإشراف والمتابعة لعملية التدقيق الداخلي لنظام إدارة الجودة وتنفيذ التوصيات.
- Spreading the culture of quality among employees, adhering to it, and working to establish its principles and consider it as work behavior.
نشر ثقافة الجودة في أوساط العاملين والتحلي بها والعمل على إرساء مبادئها واعتبارها سلوك عمل.
- Maintaining the assets and covenants in accordance with the assets program
المحافظة على الأصول والعهد التي علية وفق برنامج الأصول
OTHER DUTIES:
- Provide employees with information and clarification regarding HR policies.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters.
- Assist in the coordination of employee performance appraisal processes.
- Assist in the organization of employee training programs and workshops.
- Assist in the recruitment process.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in the quality management system and HR principles and practices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Teamwork skills creativity and flexibility.
