Title: Logistics Assistant
Location: Work based on AL-Dalea governorate. (AL-Dalea – Al Azariq – Al Hussein ).

Field medical foundation (FMF)
FMF is a non-profit and non-governmental organization aiming to provide health, nutrition, food security and protection services as a humanitarian response to the escalating socio economic situation in Yemen since 2012.
Main duties and responsibilities:-
- Collect quotations for all purchases in accordance with FMF policy/standards and make sure to analyze them as appropriately as required.
- Assist in the delivery of items to the FMF warehouses or targeted places and make sure the proper documentations of warehouse papers.
- Coordinate all daily project activities at the targeted districts.
- Responsible for overseeing and monitoring asset management and updating asset list as required
- Develop logistics along with support plans, budget requirements and deployment timelines for new operations.
- Prepare plans for liquidation and downsizing.
- Design and develop standard operating methods to manage logistics operations efficiently.
- Develop reports in any operational logistics problems.
- Involve in technical survey missions for new assignments.
- Participate in project implementation in collaboration with relevant staff
- Submit monthly/weekly reports to the project manager and M&E Officer
- Any other tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- A minimum of two years’ experiences in a similar position
- good computer skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic)
Competencies:
- Ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to work during weekends and official holidays when required.
