Field medical foundation (FMF)
FMF is a non-profit and non-governmental organization aiming to provide health, nutrition, food security, and protection services as a humanitarian response to the escalating socio-economic situation in Yemen since 2012.

Main duties and responsibilities:-
· Collect quotations for all purchases in accordance with FMF policy/standards and make sure to analyze them as appropriately as required.
· Assist in the delivery of items to the FMF warehouses or targeted places and make sure the proper documentation of warehouse papers.
· Coordinate all daily project activities at the targeted districts.
· Responsible for overseeing and monitoring asset management and updating asset list as required
· Develop logistics along with support plans, budget requirements, and deployment timelines for new operations.
· Prepare plans for liquidation and downsizing.
· Design and develop standard operating methods to manage logistics operations efficiently.
· Develop reports in any operational logistics problems.
· Involve in technical survey missions for new assignments.
· Participate in project implementation in collaboration with the relevant staff
· Submit monthly/weekly reports to the project manager and M&E Officer
· Any other tasks as required
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in a related field
· A minimum of two years’ experiences in a similar position
· good computer skills
· Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic)
Competencies:
· Ability to work under pressure
· Willingness to work during weekends and official holidays when required
