Position: Food Security Project Store Keeper:

Location : Taiz, Hadramout (AlMukalla & Say’oun)

Roles and responsibilities:

 -Choosing the appropriate stores for storing food items  in coordination with the logistic officer according to the conditions of proper storage.

 – Cleaning and preparing the stores monthly before and after the food distribution process

 – Make plans to store food items according to the monthly plan participating by the donor in coordination with the logistic officer.

 – Contacting the logistics officer to know the transport contractor of the directorate and following up the arrival of food items.

 – Receiving food items according to the monthly plan with food receipt receipts (invoices), verifying the destination, target area and quantity recorded on the invoice and matching them with the quantity actually received, verifying their validity and quality by taking samples from them, and promptly notifying the logistic officer of any damage to any material.

 – Observing the stacking standards when receiving food according to the standards of the World Foods Organization.

 – Submit daily reports of the arrival of food items on arrival date, quantity, quality and suitability to the logistic officer.

 – Lifting the distribution needs of the foodstuffs to the logistic officer, so that they can be approved and provided.

 – Going to the office monthly to receive distribution needs for food items from form reports of distribution process, stock cards for warehouses.

 – Submit daily reports of the food distribution process to the logistics officer.

 – Going to the office to deliver the reports after completing the distribution process for the food items, guard preparation statements and stock cards for the food items in the warehouse.

 – Supervising the store’s security.

• Archiving all documents and reports related to the distribution of foodstuffs monthly.

Requirements:

At least hold a general secondary qualification.

He has at least two years of experience in the same field

Good  in using computers.

Has the skills of organizing, managing warehouses and working under pressure

.
