A Competitive Field, a Prestigious Recognition

The Prince Mohammad Bin Fahd Award is one of the most respected honors in the Arab world for nonprofit institutions. This year, over 300 organizations from 17 Arab countries applied for the award. After a rigorous evaluation process, FMF stood out among 51 large organizations, showcasing excellence in governance, innovation, strategic planning, and impact measurement.

During the award ceremony in Cairo, FMF’s Chairman, Dr. Muheeb Obad, received the award on behalf of the organization. The event was also attended by Yemen’s Ambassador to Egypt, Mr. Khaled Bahah, who praised FMF’s efforts in restoring hope and dignity through humanitarian action.

A Symbol of Hope and a Commitment to Continue

This award is more than recognition — it is a renewed commitment. FMF will continue to expand its reach, improve the quality of its services, and innovate to meet the evolving needs of Yemen’s most vulnerable populations. In a country where access to healthcare, food, and basic services is still out of reach for millions, FMF remains steadfast in its mission to deliver life-saving assistance and restore human dignity.

As FMF looks to the future, this milestone serves as a reminder that excellence is possible — even in adversity — when driven by purpose, guided by compassion, and backed by dedicated teams on the ground.
