Zinjubar)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Deadline:\u00a0 16\u201303- 2022<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Background<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>FMF is a non-profit and non-governmental organization aiming to provide health, nutrition, food security and protection services as a humanitarian response to the escalating socio-economic situation in Yemen since 2012.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform regular rounds around the enclosure FMF premises to prevent any external intrusion.<br \/>\n\u2022 Informed as quickly as those in danger in case of intrusion and contacted his supervisor as soon as<br \/>\npossible with the available means of communication.<br \/>\n\u2022 Open and close the gate for inputs \/ outputs of individuals or vehicles.<br \/>\n\u2022 Weekly inventory of items in stock.<br \/>\n\u2022 Keep a record of the commodities and restock the store accordingly.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure that the store is kept clean and organized.<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and<br \/>\nmaintain inventory control.<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.<br \/>\n\u2022 Receives and inspects all incoming commodities and reconciles with the Internal Waybills.<br \/>\n\u2022 maintains records of all deliveries.<br \/>\n\u2022 Receives and stores documents and Warehouse files<br \/>\n\u2022 Ensure that no FMF commodities comes out of the compound without permission from logistician.<br \/>\n\u2022 Report any incident occurring during the shift and, in general, report any information relating to the<br \/>\nsafety of the mission.<br \/>\n\u2022 Sending the weekly report for the commodities (IN and OUT).<br \/>\n\u2022 Inventory of commodities in stock every week and send it to the logistic officer.<br \/>\n\u2022 Inform the logistic employee of any problems encountered while working .<br \/>\n\u2022 Keep the commodities in stock safe and keep them in good order.<br \/>\n\u2022 Notify the logistic official when receiving the Commodities from the donor and send a detailed report<br \/>\non the quantities and condition of the commodities.<br \/>\n\u2022 Direct supervision at the time of the process of disbursing commodities from the warehouse and<br \/>\nmatching the quantities with the internal waybills.<br \/>\n\u2022 Sending Monthly report for the commodities to the logistic officer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Essential Requirements<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to deal with heavy work pressure.<\/li>\n<li>High School Certificate.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Communication Skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good English Skills.<\/li>\n<li>Diligent attention to detail and safety.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 2 years\u2019 experience in similar position with INGos (not essential).<\/li>\n<li>Be flexible in performing his duties<\/li>\n<li>Inform immediately the security focal point in case of any security problem.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other additional duties on request of the Liaison &amp;
