{"id":4352,"date":"2022-01-06T20:46:25","date_gmt":"2022-01-06T20:46:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmfyemen.org\/en\/?p=4352"},"modified":"2022-01-06T20:46:25","modified_gmt":"2022-01-06T20:46:25","slug":"meal-assistant-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmfyemen.org\/en\/meal-assistant-2\/","title":{"rendered":"MEAL Assistant (Amendment)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Position: <\/strong><strong>MEAL<\/strong> <strong>Assistant (Amendment)<\/strong><strong><br \/>\nJob location:<\/strong>\u00a0 Aden\\Lahj (1)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deadline: 15\/01\/2022<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Background<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>FMF is a non-profit and non-governmental organization aiming to provide health, nutrition, food security and protection services as a humanitarian response to the escalating socio-economic situation in Yemen since 2012.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong>: &#8211;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct a regular field visit to the Food Distribution Points to ensure the distribution of food \/ cash assistance to targeted beneficiary families.<\/li>\n<li>Conducting various field surveys according to the need of work, according to special forms.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare evaluation reports during and after distribution to ensure adherence to standards.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of weekly and monthly follow-up reports for all project activities in the targeted districts, for the targeted districts.<\/li>\n<li>Commitment to follow-up work during distribution days, and prepare a detailed report on the entire distribution process.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the validity of the stores and their conformity to the criteria according to the manual.<\/li>\n<li>Establish a response mechanism to complaints, according to a specific system, and provide solutions and treatments to beneficiaries in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to raising the quality of humanitarian work provided by the Foundation.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct the final evaluation of the project according to the criteria and forms submitted by the grantor.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in evaluating the work of the project team.<\/li>\n<li>Any other task assigned by the line manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A university degree in Social Sciences, Computer sciences, or any other relevant subject or any related field.<\/li>\n<li>2 years of experience working in MEAL.<\/li>\n<li>Prior familiarity with the implementation of protection projects preferred (sufficient technical knowledge).<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in deadline driven reporting environment.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in providing training and support to project staff.<\/li>\n<li>Strong conceptual and practical understanding of protection issues and specifically FMF\u2019s approach to and role in protection work including analysis and advocacy.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical skills and strategic thinking including experience developing analysis and strategies for protection.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of humanitarian principles and protection guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Native Arabic and strong English skills are essential.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested candidates are requested to submit their application by (<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/pedZm5E2B8fBMwNk8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Clicking Here<\/a>)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Position: MEAL Assistant (Amendment) Job location:\u00a0 Aden\\Lahj (1) Deadline: 15\/01\/2022 Background FMF is a non-profit and non-governmental organization aiming to &#8230;
