{"id":4324,"date":"2021-12-14T15:56:52","date_gmt":"2021-12-14T15:56:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmfyemen.org\/en\/?p=4324"},"modified":"2021-12-14T15:56:52","modified_gmt":"2021-12-14T15:56:52","slug":"me-assistant-1-re-advertised","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmfyemen.org\/en\/me-assistant-1-re-advertised\/","title":{"rendered":"M&amp;E Assistant (1) (Re-Advertised)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong> <strong>M&amp;E Assistant (1) (Re-Advertised)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong>Shabwa (1).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Status of Contract: One year with possibility for extension.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Deadline:\u00a0 20 \u201312- 2021<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Background<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>FMF is a non-profit and non-governmental organization aiming to provide health, nutrition, food security and protection services as a humanitarian response to the escalating socio-economic situation in Yemen since 2012.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor all project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving the project output.<\/li>\n<li>Recommend further improvement of the logical framework.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular field visits throughout the project implementation period as required, supporting and \/ or supervising the activities of the project.<\/li>\n<li>Develop monitoring and impact indicator for the project success.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of results.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the sustainability of the project&#8217;s results.<\/li>\n<li>Provide feedback to the M&amp;E Officer on project strategies and activities.<\/li>\n<li>Report monthly on all project activities to M&amp;E officer and deputy manager.<\/li>\n<li>Provide inputs, information and statistics for quarterly, final and other reports to Project officers and deputy.<\/li>\n<li>Support monitoring and evaluation of the effects and impact of the project.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in coordinating across the available components of the Project to ensure effective implementation of M&amp;E<\/li>\n<li>Assist the M&amp;E Officer in preparing other relevant reports.<\/li>\n<li>Assist M&amp;E Officer in the preparation of reports on the findings and lessons learned from project innovations.<\/li>\n<li>Assist M&amp;E Officer in preparing monthly and quarterly reports on project progress based on MIS reports on project activities.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare and maintain M&amp;E database.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Essential Requirements<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree is required preferably in Statistics, Development studies, health or other relevant degree.<\/li>\n<li>1-2 years&#8217; experience with Nutrition program, including CMAM approach.<\/li>\n<li>Strong computer skills required.
