{"id":4318,"date":"2021-12-12T08:03:16","date_gmt":"2021-12-12T08:03:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmfyemen.org\/en\/?p=4318"},"modified":"2021-12-12T08:03:16","modified_gmt":"2021-12-12T08:03:16","slug":"guard-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmfyemen.org\/en\/guard-1\/","title":{"rendered":"Guard (1)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Title:<\/strong> <strong>Guard (1)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:\u00a0Aden <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Status of Contract: One year with possibility for extension.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Deadline:\u00a0 18 \u201312- 2021<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Background<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>FMF is a non-profit and non-governmental organization aiming to provide health, nutrition, food security and protection services as a humanitarian response to the escalating socio-economic situation in Yemen since 2012.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform regular rounds around the enclosure FMF premises to prevent any external intrusion.<\/li>\n<li>Informed as quickly as those in danger in case of intrusion and contacted his supervisor as soon as possible with the available means of communication.<\/li>\n<li>Open and close the gate for inputs \/ outputs of individuals or vehicles.<\/li>\n<li>Check the entry and exit of visitors in the secure area according to FMF rules (permission from FMF responsible, filling entry\/Exit book).<\/li>\n<li>Make sure that nobody enters the enclosure without permission and respect FMF rules (no weapon, registration\u2026).<\/li>\n<li>Check that the access doors are closed during non- working hours.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that no FMF material comes out of the compound without permission from logistician.<\/li>\n<li>Report any incident occurring during the shift and, in general, report any information relating to the safety of the mission.<\/li>\n<li>In the end guard for awarding shift, carries a relief information by a physical inspection of the base to be note on notebook. Do not leave the base if the succession not arrived.<\/li>\n<li>Always wait for the next shift guard before leaving and never leave workplace and the premises unattended for any reason.<\/li>\n<li>Performs a safety device control so that it is firmly in place (closed doors, lights, fire extinguishers, radios, flashlights, generators, fuel reserves, water &#8230;), and if not, notify the line supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Essential Requirements<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to deal with heavy work pressure.<\/li>\n<li>High School Diploma.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Communication Skills.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent English Skills.<\/li>\n<li>Diligent attention to detail and safety.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 2 years\u2019 experience in similar position with INGos.<\/li>\n<li>Be flexible in performing his duties<\/li>\n<li>Inform immediately the security focal point in case of any security problem<\/li>\n<li>Perform other additional duties on request of the Liaison &amp; Security Officer<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested candidates are requested to submit their application by (<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/68QAANKuE4doAyfo8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click Here<\/a>)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Title: Guard (1) Location:\u00a0Aden Status of Contract: One year with possibility for extension.
