The Site Supervisor is responsible for coordinating consolidating and ensuring smooth implementation of project interventions in adherence to the program management.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif\"><strong><u>Key Responsibilities and Deliverables <\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif\">Manage overall project activities of the Livelihood sector at the district level.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif\">Summarize, evaluate and update regularly the project per the established planning schedules.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif\">Continuous supervision of the beneficiaries of FFA project activities at the field level.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif\">Write and submit quality reports required from Project Engineer to the project management as per reporting time frames.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif\">Analyze the environment draw conclusions and make recommendations involving a range of inputs to enhance program delivery.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif\">Ensure supervisors with regular work plans are developed and implemented accordingly.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif\">Liaising with engineering and project management teams to ensure that the project design is accurate before work commences.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif\">Ensuring the delivery of all equipment needed for the project of FFA activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif\">Acting as the main point of communication between the main FFA beneficiaries and the project management.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif\">Managing the work schedules and safety equipment for all beneficiaries.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif\">Investigating and resolving beneficiaries&#8217;
