{"id":4277,"date":"2021-11-18T21:03:14","date_gmt":"2021-11-18T21:03:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmfyemen.org\/en\/?p=4277"},"modified":"2021-11-18T21:03:14","modified_gmt":"2021-11-18T21:03:14","slug":"governorate-coordinator-2-re-advertised","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmfyemen.org\/en\/governorate-coordinator-2-re-advertised\/","title":{"rendered":"Governorate Coordinator (2) (Re-Advertised)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Title: <\/strong><strong>Governorate Coordinator (1)<\/strong> (Re-Advertised)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hadramout Al Wadi (1).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Status of Contract: One year with possibility for extension.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Deadline:\u00a0 24 \u201311- 2021<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Background<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>FMF is a non-profit and non-governmental organization aiming to provide health, nutrition, food security and protection services as a humanitarian response to the escalating socio-economic situation in Yemen since 2012.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure all project activities are implemented based on the program objectives and Standards of CMAM and BSFP standards.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with the organization district field staff, BSFP Distribution Monitors and Warehouse Keepers to ensure smooth implementation of BSFP component.<\/li>\n<li>Regular technical support to HWs and CHVs in implementation and reporting of CMAM activities in all the targeted health facilities and food distribution points.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all project activities are conducted in a timely fashion to meet project objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all monthly distribution reports submit on timely.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with governmental health office (GHO), district health offices (DHOs), and local council to implement the project activities.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the technical team to achieve program objectives and smooth implementation of the program.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate and follow-up on nutrition programs implementation to review progress towards objectives through organizing regular review meetings, update and experience sharing meeting among staffs.<\/li>\n<li>Planning, implementing, and monitoring of the activities of the project according to the procedures of SFP in the respective districts.<\/li>\n<li>Frequent field visits to the targeted HFs |MCs and focal distribution point of BSFP.<\/li>\n<li>Identify issues that need timely action and support at different levels.<\/li>\n<li>Documentation and share lessons learned for future food security project improvement.<\/li>\n<li>Collect monthly reports from the Health facilities and focal distribution point and Submit monthly report on time to the governorate coordinator.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the field activities of SFP on a daily basis and provide daily updates of the field work.<\/li>\n<li>Lead the team of field staff and conduct regular meetings with them and provide them with the support needed on the ground level.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Essential Requirements<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree is required preferably in Statistics, Development studies, health or other relevant degree.<\/li>\n<li>2-4 Years&#8217; experience with Nutrition program, including CMAM approach.<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information and respond appropriately to questions from senior managers in the field.<\/li>\n<li>Ability and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.<\/li>\n<li>English and Arabic skills, written and spoken (ability to write reports in English is required).<\/li>\n<li>Strong Microsoft package skills (MS Word, MS Excel, Power-point).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>How to Apply<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested candidates are requested to submit their application by (<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/ddLwgw9fjxdFL3nw8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click Here<\/a>)<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Title: Governorate Coordinator (1) (Re-Advertised) Location:\u00a0 Hadramout Al Wadi (1).
