{"id":4267,"date":"2021-11-10T21:09:45","date_gmt":"2021-11-10T21:09:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmfyemen.org\/en\/?p=4267"},"modified":"2021-11-10T21:09:45","modified_gmt":"2021-11-10T21:09:45","slug":"data-registration-assistant-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmfyemen.org\/en\/data-registration-assistant-1\/","title":{"rendered":"Data Registration Assistant (1)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Job Title: Data Registration Assistant (1)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location:\u00a0<\/strong> In Hadhramout governorate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROJECT REPORTING TO: <\/strong>Data Management Officer<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deadline:\u00a0 17- 11- 2021<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Background<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>FMF is a non-profit and non-governmental organization aiming to provide health, nutrition, food security and protection services as a humanitarian response to the escalating socio-economic situation in Yemen since 2012.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>POSITION OVERVIEW<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Data Registration Assistant is responsible for supporting all activities related to registration, which may also include functions related to filing and data management.<\/p>\n<p>The Data Registration Assistant may assist in compiling and analyzing information related to registration activities for the beneficiaries in the livelihood program.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DELIVERABLES\u00a0<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist in the implementation of registration strategies and methodologies for the Livelihood project.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct registration interviews when required in accordance with registration standards and guidance.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and data related to all individual registration cases.<\/li>\n<li>Identify vulnerable people and ensure timely support of them in the program.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with livelihood staff in the delivery of assistance and programming, including the provision of identity and entitlement documentation.<\/li>\n<li>Draft correspondence and reports relating to registration activities in the program, when required<\/li>\n<li>Provide statistics and draft reports related to registration data, as requested.<\/li>\n<li>Draft and submit reports and statistics related to registration.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct regular data quality check and clean-up;<\/li>\n<li>Provide weekly and monthly data quality assurance reports;<\/li>\n<li>Provide weekly and monthly statistics on registration of livelihood project.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other related duties as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><u>\u00a0<strong>Essential Requirements<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Information<\/li>\n<li>Previous job experiences relevant to the function.<\/li>\n<li>Basic knowledge of the registration process.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of handling confidential and statistical data.<\/li>\n<li>Good computer skills, particularly in data entry and management.<\/li>\n<li>Working knowledge of English.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in international organization \/ INGOs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Note:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applicants are requested to apply as soon as possible; the interviews will be done in a rolling basis.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>How to Apply<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested candidates are requested to submit their application by (<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/xndxTDsFbru4nf2aA\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click Here<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Title: Data Registration Assistant (1) Location:\u00a0 In Hadhramout governorate.
