{"id":4137,"date":"2021-05-31T18:38:35","date_gmt":"2021-05-31T18:38:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmfyemen.org\/en\/?p=4137"},"modified":"2021-05-31T18:38:35","modified_gmt":"2021-05-31T18:38:35","slug":"mobile-clinic-medical-doctor-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmfyemen.org\/en\/mobile-clinic-medical-doctor-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Mobile clinic \u2013 Medical Doctor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Name Job : Mobile clinic \u2013 Medical Doctor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Deadline<\/strong> :\u00a0 7\/6\/2021<\/p>\n<p><strong>Location: <\/strong>Al-Raida &amp; Qusayr District<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reporting to:\u00a0 <\/strong>Governorate coordinator<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsible of:<\/strong> Mobile team<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Field medical foundation (FMF)<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>FMF is a non-profit and non-governmental organization aiming to provide health, nutrition, food security and protection services as a humanitarian response to the escalating socio-economic situation in Yemen since 2012.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Job Description<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Medical Doctor will assist FMF\u2019s Staff within the Mobile Medical Team (MMT) in implementing emergency intervention, medical screening, diagnosis and referral\/treatment of the patients presenting medical complications in hard-to-reach areas, and to ensure the correct application of the treatment protocols. S\/he also is considered as the mobile team leader and therefore take the responsibility of the overall team work planning, progression, reporting and coordination.<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Duties and Responsibilities<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with the project officers to achieve program&#8217;s objectives and targets effectively and efficiently.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure that program&#8217;s targets are met by using indicators and activity tracking sheet.<\/li>\n<li>Provide clinical examination of all patients with signs of complicated pathologies or presenting complication based on health and nutrition clusters\u2019 technical guidelines as well as national guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Prescribe routine and basic treatments according the protocol used in respecting the drug dosage based on the weight and age of the patient<\/li>\n<li>Provide life-saving support and ensure proper referral of the severe complicated cases accordingly.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure diagnosis and treatment of patients Improve the quality of services delivered via mobile team members through priority setting, on-job training, and continuous monitoring.<\/li>\n<li>Participate with District Health Office and local authorities in the identification and management of any epidemics.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate the coordination meetings and awareness sessions at the community level, together with community health volunteers.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for internal and external use on the ongoing activities of the project.<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the mobile team members\u2019 daily work and ensure a standard high quality performance and correct documentation and reporting.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure that complaint and feedback mechanism (CFM) is in place and help beneficiaries become aware of it.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in conducting situational analysis as necessary under the guidance of the health and nutrition program coordinator.<\/li>\n<li>Submit regular supply request to program officer and ensure securing of mobile team medications and equipment.<\/li>\n<li>Collect and compile project data regularly and submit it to the health &amp; nutrition program coordinator, including statistical reports, case studies, and success stories.<\/li>\n<li>Comply with FMF policies and procedures with respect to code of conduct, child protection, equal opportunities, security and safety, and other relevant policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Commit to the humanitarian principles of strict neutrality, religious and political impartiality and non-discrimination.<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other related tasks as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Job Requirements<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) or higher degree<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of two years\u2019 experience working as a medical doctor, mobile medical team leader or other relevant field<\/li>\n<li>Organizational abilities and previous experience of working with NGOs.<\/li>\n<li>Previous working experience in Community Based Management of Acute Malnutrition (CMAM) and Integrated Management of Childhood Illness (IMCI).<\/li>\n<li>Native Arabic with good professional English, both written and spoken.<\/li>\n<li>Good computer literacy (MS word and Excel).<\/li>\n<li>Willing to work in challenging environment and extra-hours if and when requires<\/li>\n<li>Able to stay in the field.<\/li>\n<li>Problem solving and leadership skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>How to Apply<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested candidates are requested to submit their application by (<a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/Z1Y2wYmQVGPvath9A\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/forms.gle\/Z1Y2wYmQVGPvath9A<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Name Job : Mobile clinic \u2013 Medical Doctor Deadline :\u00a0 7\/6\/2021 Location: Al-Raida &amp;
