{"id":4116,"date":"2021-05-25T12:47:59","date_gmt":"2021-05-25T12:47:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmfyemen.org\/en\/?p=4116"},"modified":"2021-05-25T12:47:59","modified_gmt":"2021-05-25T12:47:59","slug":"me-officer-re-advertised","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmfyemen.org\/en\/me-officer-re-advertised\/","title":{"rendered":"M&amp;E Officer\u00a0(Re-Advertised)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Position\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0M&amp;E Officer\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location<\/strong>: Aden<\/p>\n<p><strong>Project<\/strong>: \u00a0\u00a0Food Security Project<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deadline<\/strong>: 31- 5 -2021<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Background<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>FMF is a non-profit and non-governmental organization aiming to provide health, nutrition, food security and protection services as a humanitarian response to the escalating socio-economic situation in Yemen since 2012.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Main Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Prepare relevant data collection and monitoring tools as well as develop the database for storing data and information.<\/li>\n<li>Conducts regular field visits to projects sites to carry out process monitoring as well as gathers feedback from the beneficiary community about the implemented projects and submit a detail report about the activities.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the availability of timely and high-quality reports (bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, final, assessments, PDMs, baseline and end line surveys reports) and other documentation as required.<\/li>\n<li>Work closely with consultants and other staff in relation to baseline, assessment and evaluation studies.<\/li>\n<li>Support in Developing and designing information management systems resulting from monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning activities, such as progress reports, databases and complaint mechanisms,<\/li>\n<li>Responsible for receiving beneficiaries\u2019 feedback and complaints mechanism.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain the archiving and documentation system.<\/li>\n<li>Designing MEA plans for the food security project.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to building the overall capacity of the institution&#8217;s monitoring and evaluation system.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum of a College Diploma in related field of study.<\/li>\n<li>At least two years\u2019 similar work experience with NGO.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with evaluations and monitoring as well as feedback and complaints response mechanisms;<\/li>\n<li>Good verbal and written English skills with strong communication skills;<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to use MS office applications (Excel is necessary).<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of concepts and features of data management tools.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of key MEAL and humanitarian standards.<\/li>\n<li>Ability and willingness to travel regularly to field sites.<\/li>\n<li>Previous experience working on a variety of surveys\/assessments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applicants should send a CV and covering letter, both in English, to Field Medical Foundation\u00a0<strong>(\u00a0jobs@fmfyemen.org\u00a0)<\/strong>\u00a0with the title of the position you are applying for in the subject of email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Position\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0M&amp;E Officer\u00a0 Location: Aden Project: \u00a0\u00a0Food Security Project Deadline: 31- 5 -2021 &nbsp;
