{"id":4103,"date":"2021-04-23T19:19:35","date_gmt":"2021-04-23T19:19:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmfyemen.org\/en\/?p=4103"},"modified":"2021-04-23T19:19:35","modified_gmt":"2021-04-23T19:19:35","slug":"guards","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmfyemen.org\/en\/guards\/","title":{"rendered":"Guards"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Position:\u00a0 2 Guards<br \/>\nJob location: <\/strong>South Al-Hudaydah \u2013 Al-Khawkah<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deadline<\/strong>: 30-April-2021<\/p>\n<p><strong>Background<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>FMF is a non-profit and non-governmental organization aiming to provide health, nutrition, food security and protection services as a humanitarian response to the escalating socio-economic situation in Yemen since 2012.<\/p>\n<p>Under UNHCR partnership and funds, FMF is implementing a protection project entitled: \u2018Provision of life-saving protection services to IDPs and conflict affected PoCs in south Yemen\u2019 to respond and address the protection needs of IDPs, Returnees and conflict-affected community in South of Al-Hudaydah, Al-Dhale&#8217;e, and Abyan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Key responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Perform regular rounds around the enclosure FMF premises to prevent any external intrusion.<\/li>\n<li>Informed as quickly as those in danger in case of intrusion and contacted his supervisor as soon as possible with the available means of communication.<\/li>\n<li>Open and close the gate for inputs \/ outputs of individuals or vehicles.<\/li>\n<li>Check the entry and exit of visitors in the secure area according to FMF rules (permission from FMF responsible, filling entry\/Exit book).<\/li>\n<li>Make sure that nobody enters the enclosure without permission and respect FMF rules (no weapon, registration\u2026).<\/li>\n<li>Check that the access doors are closed during non- working hours.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that no FMF material comes out of the compound without permission from logistician.<\/li>\n<li>Report any incident occurring during the shift and, in general, report any information relating to the safety of the mission.<\/li>\n<li>In the end guard for awarding shift, carries a relief information by a physical inspection of the base to be note on notebook.
