{"id":4026,"date":"2021-03-17T10:49:09","date_gmt":"2021-03-17T10:49:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmfyemen.org\/en\/?p=4026"},"modified":"2021-03-17T10:49:09","modified_gmt":"2021-03-17T10:49:09","slug":"project-me-officer-al-dalea","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmfyemen.org\/en\/project-me-officer-al-dalea\/","title":{"rendered":"Project M&amp;E Officer (Al-Dale&#8217;a)"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li><strong>Job title<\/strong> : Project\u00a0 M&amp;E\u00a0 Officer<\/li>\n<li><strong>Work based on<\/strong>: ALDALE&#8217;A<\/li>\n<li><strong>Deadline:<\/strong> 23\u00a0 March 2021<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Field medical foundation (FMF)<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>FMF is a non-profit and non-governmental organization aiming to provide health, nutrition, food security and protection services as a humanitarian response to the escalating socio economic situation in Yemen since 2012.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The Monitoring and Evaluation officer will have the following duties and responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures to evaluate the work.<br \/>\n\u2022Monitor all project activities and progress towards achieving the project output<br \/>\n\u2022Conduct frequent supervision field visits.<br \/>\n\u2022Develop monitoring indicator for the project success.<br \/>\n\u2022Monitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of results.<br \/>\n\u2022Monitor the sustainability of the project&#8217;s results.<br \/>\n\u2022Provide feedback to the Project Manager on project strategies and activities.<br \/>\n\u2022Suggest strategies to the Project Management for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the project.<br \/>\n\u2022Report monthly on all project activities to Project Manager.<br \/>\n\u2022Conduct pre and post evaluation assessment to measure the effectiveness and impact of the project.<br \/>\n\u2022Provide inputs, information and statistics for quarterly, final and other reports.<br \/>\n\u2022Assist the Project Manager in preparing other relevant reports.<br \/>\n\u2022Assist Project Manager in the preparation of reports on the findings and lessons learned from project.<br \/>\n\u2022Assist Project Manager in preparing monthly and quarterly reports on project progress.<br \/>\n\u2022Prepare and maintain data base<br \/>\n\u2022Perform other duties as required<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Skills and Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Education<\/strong>:<br \/>\nUniversity Degree preferably in medical field.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Experience:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022At least 2 years of experience in the design and implementation of M&amp;E Tools .<br \/>\n\u2022Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis and production of reports;<br \/>\n\u2022Proven skills, especially in the development of MIS software using database software.<br \/>\n\u2022Expertise in analyzing data using statistical software;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Language Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Fluency in written and spoken English<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Applicants should send a CV and covering letter, both in English, to Field Medical Foundation (\u00a0jobs@fmfyemen.org\u00a0)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>with the title of the position you are applying for in the subject of email.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job title : Project\u00a0 M&amp;E\u00a0 Officer Work based on: ALDALE&#8217;A Deadline: 23\u00a0 March 2021 &nbsp;
