{"id":3915,"date":"2021-02-02T06:18:28","date_gmt":"2021-02-02T06:18:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmfyemen.org\/en\/?p=3915"},"modified":"2021-02-02T06:18:28","modified_gmt":"2021-02-02T06:18:28","slug":"governorate-coordinator-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmfyemen.org\/en\/governorate-coordinator-2\/","title":{"rendered":"GOVERNORATE COORDINATOR (2)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h4><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Name :\u00a0 GOVERNORATE COORDINATORS (Abyan, Aden)<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Project: support reproductive health services<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Duration : 10 month<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Deadline : 9 Feb 2021<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\"><u>Responsibility<\/u><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Contribute in the Planning, implementing and monitoring of the activities of the project according to the procedures of RH in Aden office<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Coordinate and communicate with the health offices in the respective governorate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Build robust work relations with the governorate authorities and other implementing NGOs as well as INGOs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Ensure that RH activities are appropriately planned, that delays and constraints are documented, and solutions identified.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Participate in the design of the monthly distribution plans and the implementation of\u00a0 \u00a0RH\u00a0 Distribution in the respective locations as well as field visits to the project cites<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Conduct regular field visits to project sites to provide technical oversights and assist the M &amp; E officer and RH officer to identify issues that need timely action and support at different levels.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Assist in documenting and sharing lessons learnt for future RH project improvement.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Build staff capacity in key\u00a0 areas including during the field visits well as training of staff in data management, analysis and reporting<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Submit monthly reports and collect reports from the RH field teams.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Lead the team of RH in the field and coordinate with them as well as held coordination meetings on a monthly basis.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Conduct regular field visits to the RH project sites and monitoring the daily activities of the project.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Any other duties and tasks as required<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Qualifications:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in health or a related field<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">At least 2 years of field experience<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Strong communication and team building skills<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Good knowledge of written and spoken English.<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Competencies: <\/span><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<h4><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Ability to prioritize, organize according to need and changes in the project<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Excellent communication and negotiation skills<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Ability to work under pressure<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<h4><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Willingness to work during weekends and official holidays if required<\/span><\/h4>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">How to Apply<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">Applicants should send a CV and covering letter, both in English, to Field Medical Foundation (\u00a0jobs@fmfyemen.org\u00a0)<\/span><\/h4>\n<h4><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">with the title of the position you are applying for in the subject of email.<\/span><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Name :\u00a0 GOVERNORATE COORDINATORS (Abyan, Aden) Project: support reproductive health services Duration : 10 month Deadline : 9 Feb 2021 &#8230;
