{"id":3895,"date":"2021-01-27T12:48:40","date_gmt":"2021-01-27T12:48:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmfyemen.org\/en\/?p=3895"},"modified":"2021-01-27T12:48:40","modified_gmt":"2021-01-27T12:48:40","slug":"field-monitors-4","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmfyemen.org\/en\/field-monitors-4\/","title":{"rendered":"Field Monitors (4)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Deadline<\/strong> : <strong>3 Feb 2021<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Location: Work based on : Lahj ( Al Musaymir )<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Field medical foundation (FMF)<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>FMF is a non-profit and non-governmental organization aiming to provide health, nutrition, food security and protection services as a humanitarian response to the escalating socio economic situation in Yemen since 2012.<\/p>\n<h4 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" data-fontsize=\"15\" data-lineheight=\"25.05px\"><strong>Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Monitoring the progress of the cash assistance distribution on the CBT outlets.<\/li>\n<li>Reporting any violation of work procedures by cash exchange agents or one of the workers immediately.<\/li>\n<li>implementing spot-check for the process of cash distribution and the absence of any irregularities by any party such as the deduction from the beneficiaries\u2019 assistance.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that cash distribution criteria are followed by monitoring any imbalances during the activity.<\/li>\n<li>Timely submission of the daily cash distribution report to direct supervisor<\/li>\n<li>Timely submission of final report after each distribution cycle to the District Coordinator and project officer.<\/li>\n<li>Doing a PDM activity with a sample of beneficiaries at each cycle during the CBT distribution.<\/li>\n<li>Receiving the Technical Complaints that encounter the beneficiaries during the distribution cycle and raise the issues via emails + Kobo toolbox to the project officers on a daily basis.<\/li>\n<li>Receiving various complaints from the people who didn&#8217;t join into the targeted beneficiaries after looking into the targeting criteria and submit them to the project management.<\/li>\n<li>Collect good materials for the success stories Quarterly that depends upon the vulnerability level.<\/li>\n<li>Perform any other duties related to the job that may be assigned at another time by the direct supervisor as needed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Job Requirements <\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University degree or Diploma or any other related certificate.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant professional experience of not less than a year in similar positions.<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience in working and\/or coordinating with other international humanitarian organizations.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with smart data collection tools.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with Cash Transfer Programming and beneficiary\u2019s identification would be an asset.<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Food Security concepts and principles.<\/li>\n<li>Native Arabic \u2013 Good written and spoken English would be an asset.<\/li>\n<li>Strong communication.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Applicants should send a CV and covering letter, both in English, to Field Medical Foundation (\u00a0<strong>jobs@fmfyemen.org<\/strong>\u00a0)<\/p>\n<p>with the title of the position you are applying for in the subject of email.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Deadline : 3 Feb 2021 Location: Work based on : Lahj ( Al Musaymir ) Field medical foundation (FMF) FMF &#8230;
