Field medical foundation (FMF)<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

FMF is a non-profit and non-governmental organization aiming to provide health, nutrition, food security and protection services as a humanitarian response to the escalating socio economic situation in Yemen since 2012.<\/span><\/p>\n

Duties and Responsibilities<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

Conducting multi-sector needs assessments to IDP using appropriate questionnaire.<\/span><\/p>\n

Follow given work plans and guidelines.<\/span><\/p>\n

Registration and verification of IDPs and beneficiaries, selection of beneficiary committees if need, activity or work site follow up and distributions; as assigned by the line manager.<\/span><\/p>\n

Participate in organizing distribution site to ensure smooth RRM distribution as per outlined standard operating procedures.<\/span><\/p>\n

Participate with the field team in the distribution RRM kits.<\/span><\/p>\n

Participate in conducting distribution and post-distribution-monitoring if need.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ensure protection mainstreaming in the implementation of the activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

Participate in the collection, recording and organizing of all forms\/questionnaires and other relevant information.<\/span><\/p>\n

Ensure data is collected correctly and in a timely manner.<\/span><\/p>\n

Enter monitoring data into computer-based data collection system according to schedule.<\/span><\/p>\n

Participate in the RRM assessment activities in the field.<\/span><\/p>\n

Review and check the filled-in surveys before they are submitted to the team leader.<\/span><\/p>\n

Propose recommendations for improving the response.<\/span><\/p>\n

Report and clarify any work-related issues and challenges to the supervisor in a timely manner.<\/span><\/p>\n

Develop contact with key community leaders and actors to facilitate the smooth implementation of the project.<\/span><\/p>\n

Immediately report to the Supervisor on any security information related to the security of FMF staffs and targeted communities.<\/span><\/p>\n

Represent FMF towards targeted communities.<\/span><\/p>\n

Commit to honest, high-quality work in all aspects of responsibilities.<\/span><\/p>\n

Daily \/ weekly verbal and written reports.<\/span><\/p>\n
