Field medical foundation (FMF)<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

FMF is a non-profit and non-governmental organization aiming to provide health, nutrition, food security and protection services as a humanitarian response to the escalating socio economic situation in Yemen since 2012.<\/span><\/p>\n

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

(IT Support Assistant) will be responsible and accountable for the following duties:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. To be responsible on all FMF\u2019 IT infrastructures, this include IT networks, internet, servers, laptops, desktops, printers, fax, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Provide technical advisory services in relation to new or appropriate office technology and options.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Provide help desk support to all users on IT issues.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Ensure that computer network and other office technology access privileges, application and data storage requirement and regular backups are configured and maintained.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Schedule regular computer and other technology related service, maintenance and license renewals.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Define, deploy and maintain system security for shared services.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Ensure installation and maintenance of protection services (Anti-viruses and firewalls) for the entire office setup.<\/span><\/li>\n
  8. Insure adding all users to the domain .<\/span><\/li>\n
  9. Provide hardware and software support to all program equipment, servers, computers, laptops etc.<\/span><\/li>\n
  10. Setup internet connectivity for all staff and ensure internet bills being paid on time.<\/span><\/li>\n
  11. Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.<\/span><\/li>\n
  12. Weekly ink printer check.<\/span><\/li>\n
  13. Perform other duties, as needed or requested by the direct supervisor.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    EDUCATION and\/or EXPERIENCE<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

    Bachelor\u2019s degree in information technology or related field is required and 1- year experience preferred.<\/span><\/p>\n
