This goal will be achieved by working through building the capacity of Community Enhancement Teams, municipalities\/local governments, and Community Based Organizations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Goal\/purpose<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Community Mobilizer is in charge to create awareness of the FMF program thought targeted communities. He\/she participates to the collection of data and to the overall implementation of the program. He\/she assists in facilitating trainings for Community Enhancement Committees and community meetings in each of the targeted communities participates in the implementation and monitoring of activities and assessing new needs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assist in the overall implementation the program.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assist in the identification of communities in the targeted Governorates.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mapping of targeted communities to identify volunteers, community leaders, leading NGOs and businesses, schools, health centers, youth centers and governmental institutions and other assets.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">To identify and follow up with other partners \/ stakeholders to address community needs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assist in organizing and facilitating community meetings in each of the targeted communities<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assist in the design process of implementation and follow up of community projects.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assist prospective grantees in preparing responsive applications<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Organize and facilitate capacity building interventions<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Attend meetings with partners and stakeholders in the targeted communities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Maintain and prepare photos and reports on all sessions, meetings and site visits<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Maintain a good relationship with the government institutions and municipalities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Submit and update required reports by the deadlines;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Participate and engage in any trainings and meetings as requested by supervisor;<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Work with gender team to ensure effective integration and mainstreaming of gender into all program activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Any other tasks assigned by supervisor<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Excellent communication and engagement skills (both verbal and written) with an operational knowledge of Microsoft office.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time management.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ability to maintain the highest degree of discretion<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>EDUCATION and\/or EXPERIENCE\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Degree in Sociology, Social Work or any related field, with significant course components in either community development, social work, communications, or post-secondary education and training with significant prior experience.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1 years\u2019 experience in community development and\/or mobilization preferably with an international organization.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>LANGUAGE SKILLS\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ability to communicate and respond in English is preferable.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Applicants should send a CV and covering letter, both in English, to Field Medical Foundation ( jobs@fmfyemen.org )<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">with the title of the position you are applying for in the subject of email.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Community Mobilizer (4) Reports To:\u00a0\u00a0Senior community mobilizer Location : Hadramout (Almukala (Buaysh\u00a0 Roquab\u00a0 (no.2 1 male and 1 female )) &#8230;
