{"id":3788,"date":"2020-12-22T11:18:14","date_gmt":"2020-12-22T11:18:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmfyemen.org\/en\/?p=3788"},"modified":"2020-12-22T11:18:14","modified_gmt":"2020-12-22T11:18:14","slug":"health-project-store-keeper","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmfyemen.org\/en\/health-project-store-keeper\/","title":{"rendered":"Health Project Store Keeper"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Job Title : Health Project Store Keeper<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Work based on<\/strong>: ALDALE\u2019A<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Deadline<\/strong> : 28 Dec 2020<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><u>Field medical foundation (FMF)<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">FMF is a non-profit and non-governmental organization aiming to provide health, nutrition, food security and protection services as a humanitarian response to the escalating socio economic situation in Yemen since 2012.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Roles and responsibilities<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">1-\u00a0Choosing the appropriate stores for storing medical items \u00a0in coordination with the logistic officer according to the conditions of proper storage.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">2-\u00a0Cleaning and preparing the stores monthly before and after distribution process<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">3-\u00a0Make plans to store medical items according to the plan participating by the project manager in coordination with the logistic officer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">4-\u00a0Receiving medical items according to the monthly plan with medical receipts (invoices), verifying the amount, type and the expiratory date and promptly notifying the logistic officer of any damage to any material.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">5-\u00a0Submit monthly reports of the arrival of medical items on arrival date, quantity, quality and suitability to the logistic officer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0Going to the office monthly to receive distribution needs for medical items from form reports of distribution process, stock cards for warehouses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">7-\u00a0Submit monthly reports of the medical distribution process to the logistics officer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">8-\u00a0Going to the office to deliver the reports after completing the distribution process for the medical items.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">9-\u00a0Supervising the store&#8217;s security.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">10- Archiving all documents and reports related to the distribution of medical items monthly.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Requirements<\/strong>:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">At least hold a general secondary qualification.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">He has at least two years of experience in the same field.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Good in using computers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Has the skills of organizing, managing warehouses and working under pressure.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Applicants should send a CV and covering letter, both in English, to Field Medical Foundation ( jobs@fmfyemen.org )<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">with the title of the position you are applying for in the subject of email.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Title : Health Project Store Keeper Work based on: ALDALE\u2019A Deadline : 28 Dec 2020 Field medical foundation (FMF) &#8230;
