(AL-Dalea &#8211; Al Azariq &#8211; Al Hussein ).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Deadline<\/strong> : 28 Dec 2020<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><u>Field medical foundation (FMF)<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">FMF is a non-profit and non-governmental organization aiming to provide health, nutrition, food security and protection services as a humanitarian response to the escalating socio economic situation in Yemen since 2012.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Main duties and responsibilities<\/strong>:-<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Collect quotations for all purchases in accordance with FMF policy\/standards and make sure to analyze them as appropriately as required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assist in the delivery of items to the FMF warehouses or targeted places and make sure the proper documentations of warehouse papers.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Coordinate all daily project activities at the targeted districts.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Responsible for overseeing and monitoring asset management and updating asset list as required<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Develop logistics along with support plans, budget requirements and deployment timelines for new operations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prepare plans for liquidation and downsizing.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Design and develop standard operating methods to manage logistics operations efficiently.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Develop reports in any operational logistics problems.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Involve in technical survey missions for new assignments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Participate in project implementation in collaboration with relevant staff<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Submit monthly\/weekly reports to the project manager and M&amp;E Officer<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Any other tasks as required<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bachelor&#8217;s degree in a related field<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A minimum of two years\u2019 experiences in a similar position<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">good computer skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Competencies: <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ability to work under pressure<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Willingness to work during weekends and official holidays when required.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Applicants should send a CV and covering letter, both in English, to Field Medical Foundation ( jobs@fmfyemen.org )<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">with the title of the position you are applying for in the subject of email.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Title: Logistics Assistant Location: Work based on AL-Dalea governorate.
