Responsible for project planning, reporting, and budget management<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Develop work plans, reporting mechanisms and training plan using the project-monitoring tool.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Frequent supervision travel to the field<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Works with the M&amp;E officer to implement and maintain prescribed reporting systems to monitor and evaluate the objectives, indicators and outcomes and ensure accurate and timely data collection at the field level<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Provide technical guidance on the overall strategy for project design and management<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ensure that all program activities and trainings are both in line with global standards and ministry and local government requirements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Attend relevant cluster\/coordination meetings.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Contribute to the creation of a positive image and overall credibility of the foundation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In cooperation with HR Manager, hire and supervise staff to ensure their smooth and effective operations. \u00a0Follow the contacting process of the filed staff plus reviewing staff payroll with finance officer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Maintain open lines of communications with all field staff\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Attends coordination meetings<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Working effectively as team member and solve staff problems whenever occur.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Maintain flexibility to take on added responsibility as and when needed<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Qualifications and Requirements:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A medical doctor with qualification in Public Health (preferred).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">At least 2 years of experience working as project manager.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Previous experience working on supervisory roles<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Extremely flexible, and have the ability to cope with stressful situations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Proficient in computer applications, especially with MS Word and MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Strong English language speaking and writing abilities<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Applicants should send a CV and covering letter, both in English, to Field Medical Foundation ( jobs@fmfyemen.org )<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">with the title of the position you are applying for in the subject of email.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job title : Project manager Work based on: ALDALE&#8217;A Deadline : 28 Dec 2020 Field medical foundation (FMF) FMF is &#8230;
