procedures, donors requirements, Yemeni laws and regulations.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Collect quotations for all purchases in accordance with FMF policy\/standards and make sure to analyze them as appropriately as required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ensure that all financial transactions are supported by documents for disbursement of cash to suppliers, contractors, beneficiaries.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ensure appropriate segregation of duties for each &amp; every financial management task.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Actively participate in Budget vs. Actual review meetings.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prepare\/review bank and cash, financial data entry on a daily basis.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">On monthly basis follow-up prepayments and accruals such as (rent, Internet service..etc.) and manage schedule on the accounting system.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ensure preparation of project staff monthly salary cost allocations in close coordination with Human Resource (HR) and finance manager.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ensure that daily financial matters are handled in a systematic, accurate and transparent manner.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Monitor cash &amp; bank flows on a daily basis and maintain close coordination with financial institutions to ensure smooth cash flows.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assist field office &amp; finance teams during Internal &amp; external audit, donor specific audit, any authorized third party review of financial records.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Understand financial &amp; compliance aspects of donor funded portfolio and understand donor financial compliance requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Submit all Internal &amp; external and final financial reports of the project in a timely manner.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Review the official e-mails on a daily basis, respond to queries from colleagues and donor in a timely and appropriate manner,<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><u>Job Requirement<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bachelor\u2019s Degree in accounting is required.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Minimum of 2 years\u2019 relevant experience.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Knowledge of computerized accounting software, preferably Quickbooks accounting system and high-level of Microsoft Excel.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prior working experience with NGOs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Very Good communication and reporting skills in written and spoken English.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Excellent in using Microsoft including (word, excel, power point and emails).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Applicants should send a CV and covering letter, both in English, to Field Medical Foundation ( jobs@fmfyemen.org )<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">with the title of the position you are applying for in the subject of email.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Title: Finance officer Location : Aden Deadline : 28 Dec 2020 Reporting to:\u00a0 Finance manager\/project manager Field medical foundation &#8230;
