#000000;\"><strong><u>Field medical foundation (FMF)<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">FMF is a non-profit and non-governmental organization aiming to provide health, nutrition, food security and protection services as a humanitarian response to the escalating socio economic situation in Yemen since 2012.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><u>Key Responsibilities and Tasks:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ensure the regular, timely and accurate entry of beneficiary registration into the database, as well as follow-up to update the relevant information of the protection activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Document all registered beneficiary and compile all forms according to the procedures, and information management needs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Produce monthly, disaggregated statistics and qualitative updates of progress on the program activities work.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ensure that the data related to beneficiary is safe and shared as per FMF procedures and policies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Comply with all relevant FMF policies and procedures with respect to protection, equal opportunities and other relevant policies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ensures the databases are formed to be reflecting the required information and consistent.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Develop any required data for the program activities and program staff as relevant.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Produce monthly reports of project progress including accurate data-analysis and gaps<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Produce and update information products such as reports, charts, info-graphics and other visual materials.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Facilitate mobile data collection, form development and data management.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Provide regular reports on progress made, main challenges\/constraints faced and recommend corrective actions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Regularly and systematically obtain information of protection project, achievements<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ensure that the relevant reporting formats (IPTT, narrative, output tracker) are updated and submitted to the program Officer on timely basis.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fill the online data requested by the clusters and any other requested reporting.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Any other duties as assigned<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><u>Qualifications and essential experience:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bachelor degree in information management or relevant field\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">At least 2 years work experience in a humanitarian context, with an NGO or UN organization<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Strong skills in Micro office application (Word, Excel &#8230;..etc)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Experience in data processing and analysis, creation of reports.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Able to write and communicate in English<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Strong representational and communication skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Adaptability and flexibility.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ability and willingness to be mobile.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>How to
