{"id":3773,"date":"2020-12-22T08:25:40","date_gmt":"2020-12-22T08:25:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmfyemen.org\/en\/?p=3773"},"modified":"2020-12-22T08:25:40","modified_gmt":"2020-12-22T08:25:40","slug":"me-officer","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmfyemen.org\/en\/me-officer\/","title":{"rendered":"M&#038;E  Officer"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Job title<\/strong> : Project\u00a0 M&amp;E\u00a0 Officer<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Work based on<\/strong>: ALDALE&#8217;A<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Deadline<\/strong> : 28 DEC 2020<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><u>Field medical foundation (FMF)<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">FMF is a non-profit and non-governmental organization aiming to provide health, nutrition, food security and protection services as a humanitarian response to the escalating socio economic situation in Yemen since 2012.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Monitoring and Evaluation officer will have the following duties and responsibilities:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures to evaluate the work.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022Monitor all project activities and progress towards achieving the project output<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022Conduct frequent supervision field visits.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022Develop monitoring indicator for the project success.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022Monitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of results.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022Monitor the sustainability of the project&#8217;s results.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022Provide feedback to the Project Manager on project strategies and activities.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022Suggest strategies to the Project Management for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the project.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022Report monthly on all project activities to Project Manager.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022Conduct pre and post evaluation assessment to measure the effectiveness and impact of the project.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022Provide inputs, information and statistics for quarterly, final and other reports.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022Assist the Project Manager in preparing other relevant reports.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022Assist Project Manager in the preparation of reports on the findings and lessons learned from project.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022Assist Project Manager in preparing monthly and quarterly reports on project progress.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022Prepare and maintain data base<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022Perform other duties as required<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Required Skills and Experience<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Education<\/strong>:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">University Degree preferably in medical field.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022At least 2 years of experience in the design and implementation of M&amp;E Tools .<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis and production of reports;<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022Proven skills, especially in the development of MIS software using database software.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022Expertise in analyzing data using statistical software;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Language Requirements:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fluency in written and spoken English<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Applicants should send a CV and covering letter, both in English, to Field Medical Foundation ( jobs@fmfyemen.org )<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">with the title of the position you are applying for in the subject of email.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job title : Project\u00a0 M&amp;E\u00a0 Officer Work based on: ALDALE&#8217;A Deadline : 28 DEC 2020 Field medical foundation (FMF) FMF &#8230;
