{"id":3707,"date":"2020-10-13T11:21:42","date_gmt":"2020-10-13T11:21:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmfyemen.org\/en\/?p=3707"},"modified":"2020-10-13T11:21:42","modified_gmt":"2020-10-13T11:21:42","slug":"database-assistant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmfyemen.org\/en\/database-assistant\/","title":{"rendered":"Database Assistant"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Title:<\/strong>\u00a0Database Assistant<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Work-based on<\/strong>: Aden<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Deadline<\/strong> : 20 Oct 2020<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><u>Field medical foundation (FMF)<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">FMF is a non-profit and non-governmental organization aiming to provide health, nutrition, food security and protection services as a humanitarian response to the escalating socio economic situation in Yemen since 2012<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><u>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assist in data Collection related to Nutrition activities in the field.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assist the Information Management Officer to prepare weekly and monthly reports and nutrition database after he\/she collect it from the field, and ensure that all information entered is correct and valid.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assist the Information Management Officer to report regularly nutrition data for governorate coordinator and project manager.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assist the Information management Officer to analyze data and prepare the indicators of the project.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Develop any required data for the program activities and program staff as relevant.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Participate in the conducted field visits to the targeted HFs to follow up the reporting mechanism with the health worker.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assist the office staff in preparation of documents, presentations, Spreadsheets, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Any other duties as assigned.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><u>Qualifications and essential experience:<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; Bachelor degree in information management or relevant field \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; At least 2 years work experience in a humanitarian context, with an NGO or UN organization<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; Strong skills in Micro office application (Word, Excel &#8230;etc.)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; Experience in data processing and analysis, creation of reports.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; Able to write and communicate in English<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211; Strong representational and communication skills<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">&#8211;
