font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Overall responsibility:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">The BSFP Assistant is responsible to Oversee the implementation of project activities in nutrition (BSFP), supervising and assisting field staff to ensure the best possible nutrition services are delivered to children U5 and PLWS, Improve capacity building, skills and competencies of voluntary.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\"><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Ensure the weekly\/monthly reporting tasks of BSFP activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Work closely with the BSFP team to prepare monthly field visits plans to the targeted governorates.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Work closely with the BSFP team to facilitate the second transportation of commodities from warehouses to FDPs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Monitor the distribution cycle and all its stages.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Collect and compile baseline information on BSFP parameters of the project areas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Check the Food Distribution Points (FDPs) records, reports, and documents after each distribution cycle.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Guarantee the accurate FDPs distribution as submitted in the distribution dates form.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Regularly monitor field activities, maintain working relationships between team members and the community.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Assist in organizing training and exposure to improve the knowledge and skill of the project communities and volunteers to deliver high-quality community-based activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">To participate in developing Community volunteer guidelines in accordance with the Ministry of health policy.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Document and share lessons learned, achievements, and successes from the field.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Monitoring and collect the monthly reports from community health volunteers, revise it, and give feedback to the field team.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">To conduct monthly meetings with community health volunteers to discuss all related issues and to put plans for the coming period.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">To take any other relevant task given by the supervisor<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\"><strong>Knowledge and Experience:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">A University Degree in social\/behavioral sciences, (Sociology Psychology, Health, Education) with an emphasis on strategic communication for behavior development, social mobilization.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">A minimum of 2 years in awareness and behavior changes projects.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Fluency in English and Arabic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Able to communicate, work with people, and drive for results.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Analysis, planning, and organizing skills.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Ability to write reports in both English and Arabic language professionally.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif; font-size: 16px; color: #000000;\">Excellent computer skills and Microsoft Applications especially Excel.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Georgia, serif;
