Funded by the Selah Foundation for Development, in coordination with the Ministry of Public Health and Population and the Health Bureau in Aden, as well as cooperation with the Southern Orthopedic Association, the Field Medical Foundation launched the fourth free surgical camp for surgery of bone deformities in children under the age of sixteen in the presence of Professor Ahmed Ali Al-Daoudi, Director General of Mansoura Aden Directorate and Dr. Abd Al-Rab Al-Maflahi, Director of the Health Office in Mansoura District, and Dr. Maha Abbadi, Executive Director of the Field Medical Foundation.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

The Director of the Mansoura Directorate, Mr. Ahmed Ali Al-Daoudi, inspected the camp’s functioning mechanism and the great turnout, thanking the camp officials for taking precautionary and preventive measures that limit the spread of the Coronavirus Covid_19<\/a>, praising the efforts of doctors and consultants in the Southern Orthopedic Surgeons Association.<\/span><\/div>\n
He also thanked the support of the Sela Foundation for Development and the efforts of the Field Medical Foundation in establishing the surgical<\/a> camp for the fourth time.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

For her part, Dr. Maha Abadi indicated that the camp during its first phase will work to sort the cases and determine the priority of cases according to the selection of the specialized doctors.<\/span><\/div>\n
And she also stated that the institution had implemented three camps in bone deformities previously and all were successful<\/a>, which prompted the Field Medical Foundation FMF<\/a> to implement the fourth camp.<\/span><\/div>\n
