C4D Field Officer<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Overall responsibility:<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Improved capacity, skills, and competencies of C4D Supervisor and volunteers and to provide quality Community education services at community levels.<\/span><\/p>\n Job title :C4D Field Officer Duties and Responsibilities:<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n \u2022 Collect and compile baseline information on child protection\/health\/nutrition\/education\/ and wash parameters of the program areas and design community-based program profile.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2022 With coordination with C4D supervisors develop a clear work plan for community education activities, and share it with community volunteers and the stakeholders from the public health sector.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2022 Lead and facilitate the field teams in implementing the work plan in the ground.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2022 Keep close coordination and liaison with the field team, community, and partners and assist them in developing high-quality Community education.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2022 Assist the C4D Supervisor in organizing community meetings, workshops, and campaigns.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2022 Take the lead in resolution and management of the relevant community conflicts over common issues related to the program.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2022 Regularly monitor field activities, maintain a working relationship between team members and the community.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2022 Design and plan for all types of Campaigns and assist in conducting assessments and surveys as needed.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2022 Organize training and exposure to improve the knowledge and skill of the program communities and volunteers to deliver high-quality community-based activities.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2022 To participate in developing Community volunteer guidelines following the Ministry of health policy.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2022 Document and share lessons learned, achievements, and successes from the field.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2022 To collect the monthly reports from C4D Supervisor, revise them, and provide feedback to the field team.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2022 Develop monthly narrative achievement report compiled with statistic report to the C4D program Manager.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2022 To conduct a monthly meeting with C4D Supervisor to discuss all related issues and to put a plan for the coming period.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2022 Conduct frequent field visits to the targeted locations and provide a report with the outcome of the visits.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2022 To take any other relevant task given by the C4D Programme Manager.<\/span><\/p>\n Knowledge and Experience:\u00a0<\/span><\/u><\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n \u2022 A University Degree in social\/behavioral sciences, (Sociology Psychology, Health, Education) with an emphasis on strategic communication for behavior development, social mobilization.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2022 A minimum of 2 years in awareness and behavior changes projects.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2022 Very Good knowledge of English.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2022 Able to Communicate, work with people, and drive for results.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2022 Analysis, planning, and organizing skills.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2022 Ability to write reports in both English and Arabic language professionally.<\/span><\/p>\n \u2022 Be a team player and ready to collaborate with others
