{"id":3143,"date":"2020-06-01T07:37:05","date_gmt":"2020-06-01T07:37:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fmfyemen.org\/en\/?p=3143"},"modified":"2020-06-01T07:37:05","modified_gmt":"2020-06-01T07:37:05","slug":"job-vacancy-district-coordinator","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmfyemen.org\/en\/job-vacancy-district-coordinator\/","title":{"rendered":"Job Vacancy : District Coordinator"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Job Title: District Coordinator<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Location : Lahj (Alqubaita) \u2013 Taiz (Al-Makha,Dhobab)<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Reporting to : Project Manager\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">During : 4 months<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" data-fontsize=\"16\" data-lineheight=\"24px\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\">Deadline: 7\u00a0 June 2020<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Essential\u00a0 Duties and Responsibilities <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Develop and maintain good lines of communication and relationships with Governorate GHO, DHO and local authorities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ensures that project management methods, Activities, and implantation are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Oversee and ensure quality implementation of Activities involved in the project.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Coordinates and review data, activity results, and documentation with the team and Project Manager.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Supervise and be responsible for all technical aspects of daily project implementation, ensure they are completed in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Coordinates and supports other team in all issues related to project implementation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Carries out frequent field visits to targeted districts to manage and supervise project\u2019s activities and gives feedback and guidance of visit<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Keeps Project Manager informed of progress achieved and challenges faced (through regular reports).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prepares regular reports and documentation of activities conducted.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ensure a safe working environment for all people involved in project implementation and maintain the highest standards of behavior when working with the community targeted.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ability to coordinate all aspects of an event including logistics, correspondence, and financial reports.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Qualification, Skills and Abilities Required<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">At least 4 years\u2019 professional experience in a comparable position.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Strong experience in coordinating and planning of Project activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Strong team leadership and technical expertise are critical.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, tasks efficiently.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Maintains focus on priorities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Demonstrates excellence in both oral and written communications.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Good working knowledge of computer applications (e.g. MS Office and Excel).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Flexible to work under pressure and remote areas<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Preferable from the same \u00a0Gov.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Applicants should send a CV and covering letter, both in English, to Field Medical Foundation ( jobs@fmfyemen.org ) with the title of the position you are applying for in the subject of email.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Title: District Coordinator Location : Lahj (Alqubaita) \u2013 Taiz (Al-Makha,Dhobab) Reporting to : Project Manager\u00a0 During : 4 months &#8230;
