Given that a child with severe acute malnutrition is 11 times more at risk of death than a healthy child, preventing, detecting and treating malnutrition among children and improving IYCF practices are essential life-saving interventions that will contribute significantly to reducing the impact of the ongoing conflict on children in Yemen. Due to the current situation, FMF is proposing a project that aims to detect, prevent and treat acute malnutrition among the most vulnerable population (children under five \u2018 land pregnant and lactating women (PLW) ).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Responsibilities<\/strong>:-<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assist in preparing the general plan of the human resource and employee affairs department, and participate in the implementation of the plan under the supervision of the HR manager<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Follow up the rules and regulations of the employee policies, particularly the attendances (time in and out) and leave as well as official holidays and employee benefits<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Direct supervision on the employee attendances (finger print) and updating it accordingly and preparing monthly summary report of employee discipline to the HR manager.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Receive job applications and prepare shortlists according to recruitment policies, prepare applicant&#8217;s interview schedules by coordinating with them and apply recruitment policies based on the recruitment plan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Participate in the annual employee performance evaluation in accordance with FMF policy and under the supervision of HR manager.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Constant update of employee statue such as (employee leave , permission, missions , per diems ) to the employee affairs system( Yemen soft)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Follow up employee changes and update staff information according to the changes such as (employee promotions, qualifications, movements and personal information etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Follow up staff guarantees whose recruitment might require commercial insurance as well as renew these papers annually<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Update the employee status forms to facilitate the work for FMF staff.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prepare and print Admin orders and guidelines as well as warnings and costs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Keep all admin in\/out correspondence documents and archive them<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Disseminate the culture of quality amongst the employees, apply it, instil its principles in them and consider it as part of the work.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Analyze, identify employee training needs for FMF staff and follow up training workshops, nominate them accordingly, coordinate with their line managers and update the HR manager.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Follow up evaluation of training impact of FMF staff and present recommendations based on the results.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Coordinate with training institutes\/local trainers or international for employee training purposes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Participate in developing management processes, create a positive environment, and improve the work place.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Check trainers reports and trainees evaluation of the trainings<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Receive all incoming correspondences to FMF in regards with trainings<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Participate in the planning of the daily, monthly and annual maintenance and supervise vehicle movements through inspection visits, make sure vehicles are filled with fuel, spare parts are checked and keep it clean etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Supervise the maintenance of the generators, vehicles and electric networks by making field visit plans for the engineer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Supervise the maintenances of the foundation&#8217;s premise through the provision of proper maintenance services as well as the guards of the foundation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Apply the rules and regulations of safety and security that will ensure the safety of FMF staff<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Monitor the daily activities of service and cleaning employees and shifts of the guards on a daily basis.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Conduct any other assignments as required<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Qualification:-<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">University degree in related field.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Skills:-<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Solid experience of Human Resources procedures.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">At least 1 year experience as HR Assistant or in a similar position with NGO<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ability to organize work effectively<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Competences:-<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span
