Populations and host Community in Aden governorate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS<\/strong><span dir=\"RTL\">:\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Keeping a bank balance-tracking sheet up to date and coordinate with Finance manager for bank balance in local and foreign currency.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Oversee the maintenance of all accounting records, ensuring that records are complete, accurate and safeguarded.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Adherence to financial procedures<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Proactive support and advice to project staff and partners in relation to finance issues\/activities<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Scan all contracts and other financial documents as well as supporting documents on regular basis.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prepare quality donor reports<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Keep track of any discrepancies and resolve discrepancies.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Accurately record all transactions in cash and bank book and Excel Sheet.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Responsible for petty cash management and ensuring that all financial regulations and policies are abided to.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ensure proper and adequate filing system for financial documents.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Carries out other finance, administrative and support duties as assigned by project Manager.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE<\/strong><span dir=\"RTL\">:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">A degree in accounting or a relevant business field is desirable<span dir=\"RTL\">.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Good computer skills in MS Office programs, particularly Excel<span dir=\"RTL\">.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">At least two years previous experience in relevant work<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Accuracy in the processing of cash transactions, mathematical aptitude and attention to detail<span dir=\"RTL\">.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Good oral and written English skills<span dir=\"RTL\">.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div
