Excel or Access.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Support in Cross-checking and verifying of beneficiary households\u2019 data before and after being processed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Documentation of field reports as well as donor reports.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0Managing accurate and sound records of food assistances distributions.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ensure up-to-date inclusive data of HHs, targeted areas, other demographic data.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Provide support in preparing accurate data on targeted districts (villages, population, targeted areas with Food assistance distribution\u2026 etc.)<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">proper management of hard copy of beneficiary households\u2019 lists and proper filing systems<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Collect information needed for the Food security Project and transfer them in to the software data and files of beneficiary households.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Participate in making various registration forms, sheets, survey outputs, post-distribution monitoring forms, logbooks, field assessment forms and other data or inputs from field teams into set databases.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0Provide reports and track basic statistics and trends from the data, in collaboration with the team.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0Maintain data entry backup on regular basis (hard &amp; soft)<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Perform any other tasks or assignments required.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Qualifications:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bachelors&#8217; degree in data management\/IT or a related field.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Previous experience in data entry<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Excellent skill in MS.
