{"id":3036,"date":"2019-04-16T07:04:54","date_gmt":"2019-04-16T07:04:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmfyemen.org\/en\/?p=3036"},"modified":"2019-04-16T07:04:54","modified_gmt":"2019-04-16T07:04:54","slug":"job-vacancy-monitoring-and-evaluation-assistant","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmfyemen.org\/en\/job-vacancy-monitoring-and-evaluation-assistant\/","title":{"rendered":"Job Vacancy :Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"grid-100 tablet-grid-100 grid-parent\">\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Project name<\/strong>\u00a0: Provision of General Food Assistance for IDPs<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Work based on:<\/strong>\u00a0 Taiz ( AL Mokha)<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Job title<\/strong>\u00a0:\u00a0 Monitoring and evaluation assistant<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Duration<\/strong>\u00a0: 10 months<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 17px;\">Deadline:<\/span><\/strong> 23 April 2019<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">FMF is implementing general food Assistance project targeting Conflict Affected Populations in Aden ,Lahj and Taiz governorates through providing food assistances in duration of 10 months.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Main duties and responsibilities<\/strong>:-<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Collect information and data on progress of food security activities during implementation, and make sure the project data is safeguarded.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Conduct field visits throughout the project implementation as required supporting and \/ or supervising data collection on a regular basis.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ensure that activities are appropriately planned, that delays and constraints are documented, and solutions\/recommendation are identified.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Support in establishing of data management system using Excel, Access, or other data management and analysis software.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Conduct monitoring and evaluation, data collection, and data delivery to the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer in line with the project objectives.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Collaborate with the project staff and provide inputs to develop databases on food security project activities in Taiz governorate.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Submit reports of data analysis of the food security project activities on a regular bases to the M&amp;E Officer.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Provide support in updating the food security project database according to the project requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Conduct Monthly data collection, data entry &amp;
