17px;\">Deadline:<\/span><\/strong> 23 April 2019<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">FMF is implementing general food Assistance project targeting Conflict Affected Populations in Aden ,Lahj and Taiz governorates through providing food assistances in duration of 10 months.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Duties and Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will have the following duties and responsibilities:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures to evaluate the work.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Monitor all project activities and progress towards achieving the project output<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Conduct frequent supervision field visits.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Develop monitoring indicator for the project success.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Monitor and evaluate overall progress on achievement of results.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Monitor the sustainability of the project&#8217;s results.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Provide feedback to the Project Manager on project strategies and activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Suggest strategies to the Project Management for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the project.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Report monthly on all project activities to Project Manager.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Conduct market assessment..<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">conduct baseline and end -line assessment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Provide inputs, information and statistics for quarterly, final and other reports to Project manager.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assist the Project Manager in preparing other relevant reports.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Working on\u00a0 monitoring activities specially during assistances distribution and\u00a0 PDM<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Assist Project Manager in preparing monthly and quarterly reports on project progress based on MIS reports on project activities.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prepare and maintain data base<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Perform other duties as required<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Required Skills and Experience<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Education<\/strong>:<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">University Degree.<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Experience:<\/strong><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022At least 2 years of experience in the design and implementation of M&amp;E Tools .<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis and production of reports;<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022Proven skills, especially in the development of MIS software using database software.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022Expertise in analyzing data using statistical software;<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>.<\/strong>Experience in working in food security project<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Language Requirements:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Fluency in written and spoken
