One of the new project team members is food security officer who is responsible of most of project activities and s(he) will assist the project manager in all project activities which are \u00a0the following :<\/span><\/p>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Lead the process of beneficiary selection as per the criteria set by the project.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Community mobilization through establish community committees and coordinate with local authorities of the targeted district.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Actively participate in conducting the monitoring and evaluation (M&amp;E) in collaboration with the M&amp;E officer<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Conduct frequent field visit<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Prepare and submit regular internal reports on all food security \u00a0activities and prepare external reports as per the donor format<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Build capacity of beneficiaries of food security related activities<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Conduct market assessment.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Participate in food security related assessment missions<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Conduct baseline and end line assessment<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Working with M&amp;E officer in monitoring activities specially during voucher distribution and conducting PDM<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Capture lessons learned from monitoring and evaluations, document success stories, and replicate successful projects and scale up.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Conduct rapid assessment to identify specific operational village and carry out food security need assessments<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Organizing tender for food supply.<\/span><\/li>\n<li dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Design and print IEC material and banner<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p dir=\"LTR\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>SKILLS &amp;
