\n\u2022 Record and Monitor the anthropometric measurements of the PLW.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Provides PLW with RH consultation that include Antenatal, post-natal and family Planning consultation.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Refer all complicated deliveries to the nearest health facilities or hospitals.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Provide family planning methods including pills and injectable contraceptives for lactating mother <\/span>
\n\u2022 Distribute folic acid and iron supplement to PLW in the mobile team operation areas <\/span>
\n\u2022 Provides IYCF counseling to PLW in the mobile team operation areas.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Keep record for IYCF counseling and submit weekly and Monthly IYCF and RH reports.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Trace PLW defaulter and provide required assistance to avoid future defaulting <\/span>
\n\u2022 Decides when to discharge PLW beneficiaries in collaboration with mobile team leader <\/span>
\n\u2022 to encourage and advise the mothers having difficulties to feed their children.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Decide of the discharge of the patients following the recovery criteria and in collaboration with the mobile team leader.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Provide health and nutrition education to the mothers. <\/span>
\n\u2022 Any additional duties as requested by the team leader<\/span><\/p>\n
\n\u2022 Diploma in midwife, health, science social studies or equivalent.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Work experience in CMAM and Health\/nutrition programs is preferable.<\/span>
\n\u2022 2+ years of relevant work experience.<\/span>
\n\u2022 Very good communication skills <\/span>
\n\u2022 Extremely flexible, and have the ability to cope with stressful situation<\/span>
